The research method was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of nature. The statistical population included all teachers in the Serishabad region during the 2024-2025 academic year. Using Cochran's formula, a sample size of 120 individuals was selected via simple random sampling. To collect data, the "Professional Commitment" (Allen &amp; Meyer, 1990) and "Digital Agility" (Pulsford et al., 2018) questionnaires were employed. The validity and reliability of the instruments were confirmed. Data were analyzed using SPSS software through descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient and linear regression). The findings indicated a positive and significant relationship between digital agility and teachers' professional commitment. Furthermore, the results of the regression analysis demonstrated that digital agility, with a determination coefficient of 0.33, has the ability to significantly predict teachers' professional commitment. Based on this, it can be concluded that enhancing teachers' digital skills and flexibility can help increase their commitment and loyalty to the teaching profession and serve as a basis for planning to improve the quality of education.</p> <p>هدف پژوهش حاضر واکاوی نقش چابکی دیجیتال در پیش‌بینی تعهد حرفه‌ای معلمان بود. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت توصیفی-همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی معلمان منطقه سریش‌آباد در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۳-۱۴۰۴ بود که با استفاده از فرمول کوکرن، حجم نمونه ۱۲۰ نفر به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شد. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های «تعهد حرفه‌ای» (آلن و مایر، ۱۹۹۰) و «چابکی دیجیتال» (پالسفورد و همکاران، ۲۰۱۸) استفاده شد. روایی و پایایی ابزارها تأیید گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS و به روش‌های آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و استنباطی (ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی) تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که بین چابکی دیجیتال و تعهد حرفه‌ای معلمان رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد و نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون حاکی از آن است که چابکی دیجیتال با ضریب تعیین ۰.۳۳ توانایی پیش‌بینی معنادار تعهد حرفه‌ای معلمان را دارد. بر این اساس، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که تقویت مهارت‌های دیجیتال و انعطاف‌پذیری معلمان می‌تواند به افزایش تعهد و وفاداری آن‌ها به شغل معلمی کمک کرده و مبنایی برای برنامه‌ریزی جهت ارتقای کیفیت آموزش محسوب شود.</p> https://jgpess.com/index.php/jgpess/article/download/28/19
