Peer-Review Process

The Journal of General Psychology and Educational Sciences Studies employs a double-blind anonymous peer-review process to ensure objectivity, fairness, and scholarly quality.

The review process consists of the following stages:

  1. Initial editorial screening for scope, originality, ethical compliance, and formatting

  2. Plagiarism check using iThenticate

  3. Double-blind peer review by two or three independent expert reviewers

  4. Editorial decision based on reviewers’ reports (accept, minor revision, major revision, or reject)

  5. Revision and re-evaluation, if required

  6. Final acceptance and publication

Reviewers assess manuscripts based on:

  • Scientific originality and contribution

  • Methodological rigor and validity

  • Clarity of research objectives and analysis

  • Relevance to psychology and educational sciences

  • Ethical standards and transparency

The journal strives to complete the full review and publication process within approximately eight weeks, while maintaining high academic standards.
