In recent years, mindfulness has gained increasing attention as an innovative approach in educational psychology. This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of mindfulness-based training on psychological well-being and attentional focus among students. A quasi-experimental pretest–posttest design with a control group was employed. Participants were randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. The experimental group received a structured mindfulness training program, while the control group received no intervention. Data were collected using validated measures of psychological well-being and attentional focus and analyzed using analysis of covariance. The findings demonstrated that mindfulness-based training significantly improved students’ psychological well-being and attentional focus. These results suggest that mindfulness interventions can serve as effective tools for enhancing mental health and cognitive functioning in educational contexts.
