Abstract

Life skills encompass a range of psychological and social abilities that facilitate effective coping with academic and emotional challenges. This study investigated the effectiveness of life skills training on students’ academic and emotional adjustment using a quasi-experimental design. The experimental group participated in structured life skills training sessions. Results demonstrated significant improvements in both academic and emotional adjustment. These findings support the inclusion of life skills education as a preventive and promotive strategy within school curricula.
