The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and perceived organizational justice with job performance among employees of the Judiciary of Qorveh County. The research method was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population included all employees working in the judiciary and subordinate offices of the judicial branch of Qorveh County in the year 1403–1404, from among whom 138 individuals were selected using stratified random sampling. The research instruments included the standard questionnaires of Shering's Emotional Intelligence, Niehoff and Moorman's Organizational Justice, and Paterson's Job Performance. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression. The findings revealed a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence (r = 0.572) and perceived organizational justice (r = 0.534) with job performance. These two variables together explained 41.1% of the variance in job performance. The overall conclusion of the study indicates that in order to improve the job performance of judiciary employees, simultaneous attention must be paid to both individual factors (emotional intelligence) and organizational factors (perceived justice).
