The main purpose of this research was to assess and compare the components of job burnout, including emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment, among the educational and administrative staff of the Serishabad Education Department. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of nature, following a cross-sectional and comparative design. The statistical population included all educational and administrative staff in the Serishabad region, from which 100 individuals (50 educational staff and 50 administrative staff) were selected as a sample using random sampling. The data collection tool was the standard Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), the validity and reliability of which were confirmed in the present study. Descriptive statistics and an independent t-test were used to analyze the data. The research findings showed that there is a significant difference between educational and administrative staff in the components of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization, with educational staff obtaining higher scores. However, no significant difference was observed between the two groups in the component of reduced personal accomplishment. The results indicate that educational staff are under greater psychological pressure and require special attention to reduce job burnout.
